This team works with the Electronic Commerce Services (ECS) product suite, including Payment Manager, Receivables Manager, Electronic Document Delivery and other data translation services. Individuals need to be able to flourish and deliver quality work on time in a fast-paced, high demand, and high-profile environment. Must be highly motivated, resourceful with above average communication skills. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in designing both Payment and Receivables solutions and detailed knowledge of the payment processing rules from a business/customer perspective.
This role:
- Works with the SA Team Lead to create and submit sizing for Payment and Receivables initiatives.
- Provides key input to SA lead and manager to assist with complex problem resolution.
- Spans the full project life cycle (concept to production roll-out) with significant focus placed on Functional Specification Design (FSD) and Technical Detailed Design (TDD) deliverables.
- Acts as liaison within and outside of the immediate team working with customers, Product Management, Operations, and other affected areas by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems. Partners closely with Technical Project Manager. Will be expected to deliver the Functional Specification Document for complex projects that cross multiple applications across the entire bank.
- Further serves as an internal consultant within technology and business groups to evaluate current processes and recommend solutions to reduce costs or extend
current capabilities.
- Is considered a detailed expert on application functionality, specifically Receivables (ACH, wire, lockbox, internet bill payments, shared drafts, etc.). Will be tapped for complex customer issues and new requests that require infrastructure. Includes supporting production customers and implementing new custom customers.
- Proactively identifies potential issues and roadblocks. Is a self-starter, assertive, thorough, able to follow established procedures, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities and processes.
- May mentor less experienced staff by providing guidance and training.
- May be involved in vendor management activities for external 3rd party hosted applications.
Basic Qualifications
7
years experience in internet/ intranet-based business systems or e-business consulting.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10
years experience specific to mapping and analyzing EDI, NACHA, XML, and/or iDoc electronic financial transactions.
- 10
years experience depicting systems, data, and process flows using diagrams created via TIBCO Business Studio or Visio.
Preferred Skills

years experience analyzing and working with electronic payment processing, including ACH, wires, lockbox, credit card.
- Experience interacting with and presenting deliverables to Operations, Systems, and Business leads and management.
- Experience interpreting business requirements into technical discussion and design, writing technical use cases, traceability matrices for complex systems integration projects.
- Experience producing design documents that span multiple applications (bigger picture vs. just a single application).
- Experience modifying input files for testing and supporting testing in creating and/or reviewing test scripts.- Experience beyond financial services industries such as healthcare, telecom, and grocery, as our department is seeing an increased utilization of electronic payments in these areas.
- Experience as a business analyst or application architect to assist in working with our key partners.
- Understanding of WF Transmission Protocols.
- Application of iterative development methodologies and frameworks (Agile,scrum, RUP, etc.).
- Experience using UltraEdit/UltraCompare, XMLSpy, or other software tools for file analysis and evaluation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
