Novell NetWare and ZenWorks, Microsoft Terminal Service, Citrix Management Console and ICA
Client preferred
Understanding of network fundamentals, e.g. network drives, logins, printing, remote access
Understanding of workstation hardware
Microsoft operating systems and Office suite
Education Required: Bachelor''s degree in computer science, business or related field preferred.
Two year associates degree or technical college certificate of 2 years experience supporting a
complex network environment required.
Job Description: The Help Desk Analyst provides first level support to all computer users throughout the health care system. Support includes receiving and logging calls, answering end-user questions, assisting or educating end-users on computer-related functions, trouble-shooting and repairing problems remotely, and escalating as required to second level support or management. The IT systems covered includes specific applications, network access or connectivity, and client hardware and software. The analyst routinely monitors network systems, executes standard IT service requests, and performs other IT related
tasks as assigned.
Additional Requirements:Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
