Looking for a Sr. Developer/Tech Lead that will be supporting the accounting application day-in-day out. Person will be modifying existing code, developing new code, reviewing code developed by others, making sure the application is working as expected. This is a delivery/support role. Not looking for candidate who don''t want this type of work. Expect 60% hands on development work. 40% management work. MUST understand criticality of the work: once issues are identified, this person will send it off to the team members to get the work accomplished. There are 3 other team members - must be comfortable working with remote team members. Previous experience with any accounting systems will work Example: PAM and Invest1. TOP TECHNICAL SKILLS: a. Unix Shell scripting. b. PL/SQL programming. c. Oracle. d. Dont need a java expert need to have working knowledge. e. Reporting standpoint - supporting SSRS reports. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field or equivalent work experience. 2. 5
years of experience with Oracle , PL/SQL programming. 3. 5
years of experience with Java, Unix Shell scripting, Java Script, XML. 4. Experience in developing / supporting SSRS reports. 5. Strong Knowledge/experience with, MQ Series, Object Oriented Language and file transfer protocols. 6. Knowledge on infrastructure components such as server configuration, storage configuration, load balancing, fail over, disaster recovery etc. 7. Experience in systems analysis, design, development, quality assurance, integration and deployment methodologies. 8. Ability to develop and effectively leverage relationships across an organization at all levels. 9. Experience working with Business partners and understanding their needs and translate them to technology requirements. - Strong analytic skills including ability to identify patterns, potential issues and then translate those into functional and test requirements. 10. Solid understanding of business functional areas and business management issues as well as the IT organizations systems and capabilities. Leverage Technology: 1. Gather, analyze, document and manage business and user requirements (both functional and non-functional) for technology solutions that address business needs. 2. Assist in identifying potential solutions for the business and provide input to issues or risks. 3. Complete all work objects and deliverables. 4. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with technology teams and business partners at management and end user levels. Leadership
Responsibilities: 1. Provide leadership to a team of technology professionals (employee, contract employee and vendor). 2. Primary code owner for the assigned asset(s) you will be accountable for code quality. 3. Ensure design and code meet business requirements in the most efficient and effective manner possible. 4. Maintain detailed knowledge of the vendor owned software code, including messaging capabilities, import/export functions, interfaces, most effective environment to operate in, etc. 5. Own the code for custom built applications in the environment and keep them up-to-date with any impactful software vendor code changes. 6. Provide effective leadership for the development team that will be responsible for shepherding development release changes to production. 7. Recommend optimizations based upon your knowledge of the software vendor code and the internal environment. 8. Manage Issue / Risk logs and escalate issues appropriately. 9. Track and publish key metrics. 10. Conduct code walkthroughs of vendor code with vendor and Ameriprise team members. 11. Responsible for ensuring application monitoring, error reporting and product

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
