As a member of our successful team you will:
-Work directly with customers managing collection activities while ensuring a high level of customer service
-Recommend solutions for delinquent accounts that are compliant within guidelines
-Work as an individual contributor and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
-Ensure that all servicing documents and processes are completed accurately per internal policies
-Be responsible for managing a cash drawer and performing administrative tasks and duties.
Senior members of the team will also:
- Assist in coaching /training team members to provide knowledge and expertise on servicing policies and guidelines, provide account solutions, and overall management of the Team and operations
-Support the Center Manager to ensure the entire team/office is performing at high level and meeting individual and Center goals

:
-To work for CitiFinancial you must be 18 years of age or older
-One year of sales or collections experience
-Effective communication and active listening skills that demonstrate the ability to determine solutions that are beneficial to the customer and the company
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills are required to successfully review customer information
-Ability to research and respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately
-Experience with PC's and various software programs including word and excel
-Willingness to work flexible hours which will include some Saturday hours
-Experience in managing multiple tasks and transactions simultaneously
-Ability to understand and follow instructions/directions/comply with company policy and regulatory requirements
-Ability to perform individually as well as contribute positively to the Center Team environment

-Ability to recommend solutions to resolve difficult or complex accounts
-Experience creating and executing business plans / strategies and establishing goals
-Demonstrated experience in managing an effective team, including ability to train, coach, develop and motivate staff.
Licensing Requirements:
Possession of an active Mortgage Loan Originator License in the applicable state at the time of hire is preferred. All individuals hired into the Loss Mitigation 3 position will be required to apply for and obtain any necessary state license to service mortgage and/ or real-estate products within six months from date of hire as condition of continued employment. While requirements for licensure vary by state, in order to obtain and maintain a license you may be required to provide a summary of personal and work history, submit to periodic criminal background and credit history reviews, satisfy pre-licensure and continuing education requirements, as well as obtain a passing score on a written exam.
