A global manufacturing company is looking to hire a Ceramic Manufacturing Leader for their plant near Berrien Springs, MI. The Manufacturing Leader will report to the Plant Manager and will lead all production and production support activities for this ceramic part manufacturing plant. A 4-year degree from an accredited university is required, along with at least 5 years of production management experience in a ceramic manufacturing environment. Experience in the ceramics industry is required. A BS in Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science or similar is preferred. The Manufacturing Leader must be able to speak English and communicate with people at all levels of the organization. In addition to Production experience, exposure to OSHA, Lean Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Scheduling and Shipping is needed. Knowledge of basic ceramic processing (pressing, casting, etc) and tooling is strongly desired. This company has a preference for high-energy candidates with strong leadership skills, who have a proven history of getting things done. Candidates with a stable work record, who meet these requirements and have recent production management experience in a ceramic manufacturing environment, are encouraged to apply. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
