Front Desk Receptionist

Primary function is answering Front Desk telephones and greeting clients. Ability to provide clerical and administrative support to various departments within the company.
Working hours: 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Skills & Abilities:
--Accurate, detail-oriented, resourceful
--Enjoys routine work, but needs to be flexible to respond to change in tasks/priorities
--Ability to maintain confidential information
--Professionally manages the introduction of clients
--Willingness and desire to work in a team environment with limited supervision - self motivated
--Ability to identify & communicate process improvement opportunities
Software & Training:
--Access - intermediate experience (adding & linking tables, creating queries, creating reports & forms)
--Excel -intermediate experience (using financial functions, subtotals, graphs, importing data from Access)
--Word -intermediate experience (mail merge, general word processing, creating/inserting modifying tables & columns, importing data from Access or Excel)
--Associate degree in office practices, business administration or accounting is required. College degree preferred.
Service Requirements:
--Practice exceptional customer service standards with internal clients.
Experience:
--Three years of experience working in a corporate environment is required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
