Randstad is seeking experienced Sales Professionals for a fantastic foot in the door opportunity at our highly desirable financial client! This position is a part of a high sales outbound environment that allows for a high potential of compensation and advancement.
This outbound sales specialist is responsible for calling current relationship customers. You will have 100% customer interaction and will look for opportunities to enhance the customer's relationship by marketing Auto Secured Loans to benefit their current financial needs. This is not a random cold calling position, you will be calling on average 90 customers per day.
Sales goals are measured monthly with solid monthly bonus opportunities!
Working hours: Monday - Tuesday 11:00-8:00 and Wednesday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Success
- Upbeat, driven and motivated attitude
- Strong Organizational, time management and follow-through skills
- Credit/Finance/Auto Sales Experience highly preferred
Hours: Monday - Tuesday 11:00-8:00 and Wednesday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
