Review, analyze and build Voyager and/or Over the Road card programs on either the F900 or AS400 system in an accurate and timely manner. Conduct quality checking of build work. Work is monitored an evaluated against established guidelines, measured against service level agreements and productivity standards. Identifies and documents issues and systems deficiencies and communication to management. Complete special projects as assigned.
Primary Duties:
Entering New Account Information
Answers internal and external customer inquiries, resolves customer problems and responds to customer requests for information
Performs document processing and record keeping of customer accounts
Reviews documents, policies, files, etc. to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with requirements
Maintains records of all documents processing
Receiving, classifying and summarizing document informationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
