Flexible packaging company is interested in hiring experienced extrusion operators with at least 3 years experience in blown film extrusion.
Job Requirements
Proficient in all aspects of Blown Film Extrusion including IBC
Determine the correct film width, gauge and treat level via customer specification sheet
Become proficient at set-ups, minimizing changeover times and scrap
Complete department paperwork and computer input
Attain greater skills and knowledge pertaining to resin blending and film properties
Develop skills to perform routine maintenance and trouble shoot of all department equipment
Produce high quality high and low density polyethylene film.
