Summary:
Develops basic design for a unit, code and test. Documents the work as per standards. Under direct supervision, assists in research and fact-finding to develop or modify information systems. Assists in preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
Principle Duties &
Responsibilities:
Basic documentation skills - Ability to document business process, read and understand documentation created by others, and ability to create functional specifications.
Create and maintain documentation for system applications/programs/designs.
Create and maintain application installation and troubleshooting guides for high level programs designed/developed.
Assists in research and fact-finding to develop or modify information systems.
Ability to work on identified solution to a problem and test solution against all aspects of problem as stated.
Creation of standard technical design specifications from functional requirements including: system use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, system design models, pseudo code, etc. Some programming knowledge is desirable. Works closely with programmers during the application development.
Ability to work as a member of a project team. Able to manage tasks assigned to them and provide estimated time of completion.
Has basic business communication skills. Is able to ask questions, listen to responses, and document resulting requirements. Is able to professionally present themselves in written communications, meetings, team settings, and customer interactions.
Ability to analyze process and system issues and make improvement recommendations supported by data analytics.
Provide client end-user SAP and IT applications support and user training.
Identify, troubleshoot and assist day-to-day end-users with issue resolution.
Project manage IT initiatives and Business Unit priorities with the central IT organization to ensure successful implementation and resolution.
Champion new IT initiatives and work with business unit leaders to implement.
Drive change to ensure new processes, systems, policies or tools are being adopted and the end-users are proficient with their usage.
Share and communicate best practices with other business unit analysts.
Understanding client business reporting requirements and build reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI)/Business Objects to meet the business requirement.
Able to travel monthly to client locations to work with the supported business units.
Job
Qualifications:
Work requires a professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, which is equivalent to that which would be acquired by completing a minimum of a regular four-year college program, or an Associate's Degree with 2-4 years of experience.
Experience with SAP R/3 (Modules such as SD - Sales Distribution, PP - Production Planning, MM - Materials Management, VC - Variant Configuration, MII - Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence, and PS Project Systems) preferred.
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Objects preferred.
Between 1-4 years of work experience is required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
