What are the job responsibilities? RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyze and process policy/plan holder requests for less complex policy changes, premium accounting and/or disbursements within time and quality standards.
2. Communicate with policy/plan holders verbally and/or in writing over requested changes, premium accounting and/or disbursements.
3. Research and resolve issues related to processing of policy/plan changes, premium accounting and/or disbursements.
4. Coordinate with other departments and field personnel to ensure accurate and complete processing of transactions.
5. Assist in filing statements and/or generating reports.
6. Other duties as assigned. cb
Who is our ideal candidate? Our ideal candidate is someone with 2-3 years of prior insurance premium processing experience. This person needs to be detail oriented and love being busy. This is an expanding group within the organization and needs someone who can contribute immediately.
For this role prior experience with Microsoft Word and Excel are required. Any previous experience with MAX, ULX or Wise would be nice to have. cb

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
