Maple Grove, MN - The Asset Management Coordinator-Level II will support select sales divisions, oversee the processing and fulfilment of sales rep orders and respond promptly to sales rep inquiries and requests. The incumbent will provide an exceptional level of customer service by answering and returning calls quickly and efficiently to achieve the most optimal level of satisfaction to our customers, both internal and external, and to represent Olympus in a professional and helpful manner with effective communication skills. Be the primary point of contact for sales forces to support their daily activities and to interact with sales management for necessary transaction approvals.
Process all order requests, allocate and release them to ensure a timely and accurate delivery.
Work with various Olympus division personnel to ensure equipment is available to fulfil requests from sales force.
Respond timely to inquiries regarding the status of orders, product availability and delivery and tracking information.
Adhere to and utilize company policies and procedures to assist with problem resolution.
Operate within the Olympus department, Compliance and Regulatory policy and procedures set forth by Olympus.
Escalate non-conformities to management and Compliance as required.
Maintain appropriate records as required by JSOX.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of demo equipment, using ERP system based tracking information available through various programs.
Run applicable reports to identify any back orders, and work to locate replacements and/or suggest alternative strategies.
Represent Olympus in a professional and helpful manner by supporting telephone conversation with effective communication skills.
Travel to and support events, to assist with the management of used assets.
Promote a positive attitude to the internal and external customers.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
An Associates Degree is preferred.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support is required.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Must have the ability to problem solve and makes decisions and ability to interact with internal and external customers of all levels.
Must be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Strong propensity to multi-task is necessary.

Must be able to enforce company policies regarding pricing, shipments, sales rep compliance, and core trunk stock limits as needed to ensure that the needs of the business are met while adhering to company policies.
Must have the ability to make effective decisions when presented with challenges; these changing situations frequently demand and immediate response, which must support all company policies.
Must be comfortable handling certain authority to make timely decisions within established guidelines.
