Responsibilities:
The Registrar supervises the functions of the Office of Records and Registration. This includes records and registration policy and procedure development, business practice management, implementation of campus live and online registration, monitoring and documentation of graduation requirements, supervision of degree auditing systems and grade entry, and supervision and maintenance of the integrated student record system (ISRS). The Director translates college policies and practices into efficient, timely and well-coordinated operations, while offering responsive service to students, faculty, staff and the general public.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree.

year experience as Registrar
2
years of experience supervising a student services department
Proficiency with integrated databases such as MnSCU's Integrated Student Record System (ISRS)
Two or more years experience in a student services department.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
Experience working with a diverse student population.
As this position has access to confidential information, including information on students and other sensitive data, it is necessary that this employee understand the sensitivity of the information and dispenses this information appropriately.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Masters Degree.
Experience as a Registrar.
Experience in a leadership position in an enrollment management department.
Demonstrated success in implementing service improvement.
Experience within the MnSCU system.
Experience with Integrated Student Record System (ISRS).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
