Job Description: The Staffing Specialist plans, schedules, adjusts and allocates 24 hour nursing unit staff coverage for designated nursing areas or Home Health department. Functions as a resource person to managers and staff for the areas assigned.

Variation of duties may result based on the assigned area(s). This may include differences in the specific skills required. Unit/Department based orientation will outline expectations beyond the general requirements.
Home Health: Schedule admission and ongoing visits for clinical, and ancillary staff. Communicates daily visit schedules to clinicians and makes changes as necessary
Additional Requirements: Must have a minimum of 1 year of home care or hospice staffing experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
