Opportunity:
The Inside Sales Rep is an integral part of the Etherios Sales' revenue strategy and participates in the identification and qualification of sales opportunities and the assignment of accounts to appropriate sales personnel. The position is responsible for outbound & inbound telesales activity and is accountable for developing and supporting revenue growth in assigned territories by identifying/closing new business, managing existing business and enhancing sales. Each Inside Sales Rep is assigned name accounts and/or a specific territory and works closely with each Wireless Design Services (WDS) Sales Account Executive.
Essential Functions and Accountabilities:
Represent strong levels of integrity and accountability in presenting both Etherios and Wireless Design service offerings
Prospect leads generated from tradeshows, advertising, referrals and qualified leads from Marketing and the Lead Gen Team, Account Executives and the WDs Management team.
Create new business opportunities by identifying prospects in new markets or with new customers
Develop customer and reseller profiles within territory
Enhance existing customer base by cultivating relationship with end users to identify new/current applications and programs
Manage and grow customer base within assigned territory and/or name accounts, create mind-share and generate sales for WDS services
Assist Account Executives with territory and account development through regular meetings, interactions & strategy sessions and assist to coordinate customer/Account Executive meetings and conference calls
Routine review of backlog and revenue reports to ensure timely delivery on existing and new business
Pro-actively pursue repeat business with customer and channel partners through ongoing customer relationship management, regular business reviews, etc.
Communicate accounting delinquencies to customer to ensure timely payments and prevent service delivery delays
Track and increase market share within name accounts and/or territory
Meet/Exceed assigned revenue goals and objectives
Meet/Exceed the Wireless Design Service revenue goals
Maintain complete knowledge and awareness of all Etherios and Digi products/services and their applications
Maintain knowledge and awareness of competitive products and programs
Maintain complete database of all sales acitivyt and customer/prospects within the region including key decision makers and products of interest.
Essential Skills /Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years inside sales experience
Proficient in technical solution sales and an understanding of engineering services
Prior experience in Inside Sales within a channel sales structure
Strong planning and organizational skills
Strong oral/written communication skills
Robust interpersonal skills, positive attitude & pro-active approach
Ability to perform within a high paced and creative environment Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
