Position Description
Currently accepting resumes for Chef de Partie. We are looking for a dedicated hospitality and culinary professional that has a strong desire to learn and grow. This is a great career opportunity that offers many benefits! Some of the responsibilities in this hourly supervisory position include, but are not limited to:
-Ensures the highest quality of product within cost constraints by
supervising and participating in the preparation of food
Adheres to Radisson standards of food quality, recipes and
preparation
-Works a combination of shifts to include food production for the restaurant and banquets.
Supervises the proper set up and readiness of each item on menus
Oversees the seasonings, portions and appearance of food served
Stores unused food properly to minimize waste and maximize quality
Assures proper sanitation practices are followed
Assures smooth kitchen operation by coordinating with related Food
and Beverage Departments
-Provides employees with the information needed to perform their job
effectively
Orients employees to the department and hotel and provides on-the job
training on job responsibilities
Prioritizes and assigns work
Provides feedback to the employee and department manager on the
employee's performance of job responsibilities
Creates 100%25%20guest satisfaction by providing Yes I Can! genuine
hospitality and by exceeding guest expectations.
Communicates and demonstrates Yes I Can! service to other
employees
Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses
teamwork when providing guest service
Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through.
Position Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years high volume culinary experience
Previous hotel/banquet experience desired
Knowledge of International Cuisine a plus
Culinary degree preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
