Exempt Essential Responsibilities Coordinating Steve and Sheri's Calendars Work Community Personal Maintaining Help with paperwork (scanning, e-filing, documenting for easy retrieval Microsoft Teams, One-Drive, Dropbox.
Help decide where to store personal/household info in cloud.
(Currently in Dropbox and One Drive) Maintaining documents to complete annual income tax filings in accordance with filing structure Streamline bill paying system and produce and maintain cash flow reports Maintain credentials through Last Pass, which creates a secure depository for account usernames and passwords Assist with understanding medical plans, record-keeping and storage, and research (ex:
Medicare supplements when time comes) Troubleshooting technology issues Help with home organization strategies Qualifications Required Respect for confidentiality, compliance with policies and procedures, and adherence to fiduciary responsibilities Experience working in a Windows PC environment with Microsoft 365 and Apple products.
Experience with Family Management Compensation and Hours In the first month, it would be 40 hours +.
The first month would involve setting up all the systems and some cleaning up of existing data.
There after, we think it could be 20 - 30 hours per month.
Compensation would be between $35 and $50 per hour.
You would not be an employee, you would be an independent contractor.
Insurances would be your responsibility.
Negotiations are possible.
