Job Description:
The Counter Part position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our customers by handling all aspects of the order process from start to finish.
This includes making customer calls, communicating with our sales staff, and ensuring that orders are processed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred A minimum of one year of customer service experience in a retail environment; knowledge of retail and order processing fundamentals.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers when they arrive and handle their orders with care.
Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Process customer orders in a timely manner while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Maintain the highest level of professionalcy, confidentiality, and integrity while performing duties related to the position.
Support the Order Processing department by processing customer orders in a timely manner while adhering to company policies and procedures.
