Associate Product Manager - Total Rewards

As an Associate Product Manager on the Total Rewards team, you'll play an integral part in shaping the transformation of Compensation and Benefits capabilities.
You'll partner with key internal teams, engage in customer research and execute data-driven prioritization.
This will contribute to designing, building, testing and launching initiatives related to objective and key result measurements, supporting both customer needs and business objectives.
You'll promote your strategy and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization.
Best Buy Digital, Analytics and Technology teams are working in a hybrid work model.
Most roles can predominantly work from home, but you must be within a commutable distance to Richfield, MN or Atlanta, GA.
What you'll do Effectively craft clear product outcomes and vision for complex products with limited supervision Clearly demonstrate understanding of the product goals and organizational needs Support measures of success by solving customer problems and meeting business needs Support delivery through effective sprint and backlog management that advances the team's highest priorities Analyze data sets to make data-driven product decisions Participate in day-to-day product team activities, driving high quality customer experiences Basic qualifications 1.
5 or more years of product management experience OR experience working with UX, engineers OR human resources experience 1 or more years of experience in customer-focused solutioning and cross-functional leadership (speaks to cross-functional relationships) Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, business, marketing or related field OR equivalent experience Preferred qualifications 2 or more years of experience in a professional setting with emphasis on consumer products, technology or software development Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity and influence Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom Human Resources systems experience What's in it for you We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
