Pharmacy Proposal Writer - Specialty

Overview Fairview Pharmacy Services is looking for a Pharmacy Proposal Writer.
This is a partial remote position responsible for managing, writing, and editing Request for Proposal responses and communications to support Fairview Specialty Pharmacy's strategic efforts to acquire and retain specialty pharmacy payer clients, and acquire and retain pharma clients to access to limited distribution specialty drugs.
The Pharmacy Proposal Writer will also manage proposal projects start to finish and keep the proposal database up to date by incorporating newly developed programs, products, and content.
Responsibilities Manages all Request for Proposal response projects Acts as project manager for all assigned proposals, ensuring best-in-class and timely responses Manages all proposal timelines Coordinates, researches, writes, edits, and proofreads all proposal responses to support the identified sales strategy, underscore the strengths of FSP's products and services, and ensure proposals are properly printed, packaged, and shipped in a timely manner Reviews and interprets all key proposal requirements for assigned proposals to identify any issues or concerns requiring review and/or resolution prior to submission of response Facilitates meetings and works with subject matter experts and stakeholders to obtain complete, quality, and timely responses to all questions Tailors response language to address client-specific requirements Continuously expands knowledge of Fairview Specialty Pharmacy programs and services that are represented in proposals Continuously expands knowledge of the overall specialty pharmacy industry Creates process flowcharts and organization charts as required Creates professionally crafted final response documents for submission of response and presentation to selection panels Completes all miscellaneous proposal related projects Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet the objectives of Specialty Review, edit and manage the Fairview Specialty Pharmacy proposal response database Acts as system manager for current proposal management software, to populate, update and maintain this database Ensures database contains the most up-to-date and complete FSP proposal responses, documents, charts, and graphs.
Assists in the development of written responses, flowcharts, org charts and graphs as required.
Responsible for applying feedback received from all submitted proposals, whether successful or not, to make changes necessary to ensure competitiveness of the FSP proposal answers and overall offering.
Responsible for researching and obtaining competitive industry proposal response information and offerings and sharing that knowledge with the FSP Development team, and to assist in the decision process in how to most effectively apply that knowledge to the proposal database in order to best position FSP for future competitive proposal responses Review edit and package new content for use in communicating Fairview Specialty's value to external customers.
Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree - Journalism, English, or communications Experience Three years proposal writing experience in healthcare.
Demonstrated success at successfully mentoring and leading teams in proposal development.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Vaccination Update As part of our ongoing efforts to protect the wellbeing of our teams and to provide a safe and healthy environment for the patients and communities we serve, all Fairview employees will be required to receive both an annual flu vaccination and the COVID-19 vaccination series.
Current employees must have completed both vaccination schedules on or before October 31, 2021.
Beginning August 9, 2021, any new hires who are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to receive their first dose prior to their start date and their second dose (if receiving Moderna or Pfizer vaccines) within 4 weeks of their start date.
Annual flu vaccinations are also required before the employment start date for employees who begin employment during the flu season.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
