Social Media Manager - Contract Hybrid (MN applicants only)
Summary:
We have an opportunity for a Social Media Manager to work on a one-year assignment with intent to go permanent for a healthcare client in the Minneapolis metro area.
This opportunity includes a multi-year and team infused intended plan.
In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team, responsible for managing and growing the company's presence on various social media platforms, create and execute social media strategies, develop and curate engaging and visually appealing content, and measure and report on the success of your campaigns.
If you are a go-getter with social media experience in the healthcare field, this is the role for you! This position is full-time, mostly remote, with some in office time as necessary.
Ideal Skills:
o Strong Understanding of all social media channels o Proficient in Office 365, Asana, and other necessary tools o Knowledge of writing and content creation, ideally specific to healthcare o Detail oriented o Passion for finding and telling impactful stories
Responsibilities:
o Content strategy and development driven by data and audience insights o Analyze past social media activity and engagement to determine what types of posts and content to prioritize going forward o Report on and evaluate social campaigns, including translating campaign highlights to insights for future work o Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to achieve business goals o Identify new social media trends and insights o Present new tools and technologies opportunities to marketing and business leadership o Implement necessary campaign adjustments o Manage social media channels o Partner closely with the content strategist o Align social media strategy with business and brand strategies o Consult on and manage an ongoing social content calendar for all relevant social media channels o Collaborate with internal and external creative team to create and curate high-quality, relevant social content o Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's identity and target positioning with core audiences o Be a steward for the organization's brand; ensure brand voice and personality comes through in all social posts and conversations o Strong knowledge of social content best practices and content specifications across all social channels
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 3
years of experience in social media marketing Proficiency with social media engagement tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Recommended Skills Asana Communication Leadership Microsoft Office Multitasking Passionate Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
