Pay range is $23-27/hr.
Duties include office organization; facility, marketing, fundraising, and digital classroom and clinic coordination; enrollment, admissions and student accounts activities with light bookeeping.
Operational activities are directed by the Executive Director in service to the OC and other staff, prospective and enrolled students, faculty, alumni and in partnership with non-profit volunteers.
NAH supports paid part-time staff (4), contract faculty (8-12), and school volunteers (8-12).
This overall mission and strategy of the organization is overseen and facilitated in partnership with the NAH Board of Directors.
Successful OC candidates will have several years in office administration, be diligent and fluent with Google Workspace applications (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Classroom, etc.
), Zoom videoconferencing, and general office and computer skills, will appreciate holistic health care fields, and be thoughtful, compassionate, and facilitative partners.

Principal duties of the Office Coordinator include:
Coordinate admissions, enrollment, student and tuition accounts, and scholarship awards Enter and maintain curriculum data into digital classroom (LMS - Google Classroom) Coordinate student clinic bookings and invoice for appointments Co-host the one-weekend-per-month in-person hybrid classroom, supporting faculty and students with videoconferencing needs.
Support execution of marketing plans and strategies via marketing vendor and event coordination Coordinate fundraising efforts and donor tracking Provide input to Executive Director on strategic plans, annual schedules and reports Maintain business contacts and coordinate day-to-day communications Coordinate facility operations for school community, subsidiary and vendors as needed Source office supplies and equipment as needed Other duties as assigned All offers of employment for this critical position will be provisional and conditioned upon clearing a criminal background check.
