They will be an intermediary between the Service Delivery Team and the Process Owners.
Experience required:
2-6 years of experienceSolid understanding of ITILPrevious experience in a Service Design position along with Customer Service IT/IS Service Implementation Recommended Skills Customer Service Itil Service Delivery Service Design Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
