This care center has 258 skilled nursing beds for long-term and transitional care.
In addition, the Residence at Saint Therese of New Hope houses 225 independent apartments and suites for assisted living and memory care.
ResponsibilitiesFurnishes services for nursing clients; responds to tenant emergencies and medical concerns.
Evaluates/assess documents, directs and provides nursing care.
Communicates status changes to family members or responsible party.
Performs all duties consistent with Quality Standards and infection Control practices.
Performs all job functions within State and Federal Regulations.
Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulationsExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsProven history of good judgement and integrityHigh level of commitment to compassionate customer serviceWorking knowledge of personal computers and related softwareEqual Opportunity Employer:
