ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Consistently act according to our customer experience standards, including:
Responding quickly Maintaining a positive outlook Building rapport Demonstrating empathy Managing customer expectations proactively Using proper communication channels Taking ownership to resolve customer issues Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales and cross-functionally continually demonstrating interpersonal skills.
Respond to customer inquiries, providing customized service and keeping it simple whenever possible.
Provide frontline support for customers by answering phone calls and emails, provide information on products, services, procedures, and order fulfillment information.
Train customer relationship team members.
Ensure accuracy of orders, modifying as needed ensuring quality.
Work with production, sales team and customers to set deliveries to keep promises.
Solicit, process, and record all proactive customer satisfaction, complaints, and interactions in Epicor ERP.
Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED.
Five (5) years related professional customer relationship experience.
Strong decision making, problem solving and communication skills.
Strong customer service (internal and external) focus.
Qualifications Preferred Excellent computer skills ERP experience IDC Spring, is a growing company that offers competitive pay and benefits and career advancement potential.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
