We have an immediate full time opening to join our customer care team.
Your primary responsibility will be assisting clients with their fabric orders over the phone in a professional manner.
This position is all inbound phone calls, there is no cold calling.
General phone calls include:
Taking fabric orders Helping with existing orders Inventory and pricing related questions Fabric sample requests All calls are inbound, there is no cold calling An ideal candidate is positive, good at multi-tasking, computer savvy and dependable.
