Ability to drive the business value through explicit identification of Pega features and their mapping to business objectives.
Ability to quantify the business value through cost savings, time optimization and automation.
Ability to build prototypes, demos and create Technology Point of Views on emerging platform features.
Excellent communication and client engagement skills with good written articulation of technology and functionality.
Experience of liaising with Sr.
management, Program management teams and other dependent teams to drive solutions and technology decisions without delays.
Readiness to often visit office and meet client stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
