Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Travel
Looking to fill a travel assignment in Minnesota in a long term care facility. The assignment is 13 weeks and the shift is 12-hour days. 36 hours guaranteed per week. There may be additional shifts to pickup but not guaranteed. Must be a Team Player and willing to help out on all Units if needed. This is a travel assignment and must be able to be flexible to new environments and be an effective communicator. Please note the facility provides housing onsite with an apartment with Kitchen, Living room, bedroom and own bathroom. There are some furnishings, a bed, recliner or couch, TV, Kitchen has cooking utensils, stove, full size refrigerator. Facility will also supply linens and towels. There is also laundry on site. There is also a dollar general and Casey's gas station across the street from the facility. Please note pay breakdown $24.75 Base Taxable $413 weekly meals stipend tax free Housing zero costs fully provided $40.00 OT Rate Gross Weekly:
$1,304 based on working a minimum of 36 hours per week Observe patients and nursing care Providing licensed nursing care to residents Render nursing care to residents Provide direct skilled nursing care Provide general nursing care to patients Becoming a licensed practical nurse Ensure that appropriate nursing care Assisting physician/nurse practitioner in direct patient care functions Provide direct nursing care to residents Providing basic patient care or treatments Providing basic patient care or treatments Provide nursing care on shift Assess resident needs, provide nursing care, evaluate nursing care, administer medications and complete treatments Plan, and deliver nursing care Supervise other nursing and nursing paraprofessional personnel in patient care Sign all medication orders with the medication nurse to prevent medication errors Provide nursing care for residents under clinical supervision Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse Using nursing skills to provide quality patient care Ensure that nursing care documentation is Recommended Skills Electronic Medical Record Nursing Diseases And Disorders Long Term Care Maintain Patient Confidentiality Perform Clinical Procedure Apply to this job.
