As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent dining experiences for our guests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Here is a general list of responsibilities to give an understanding of what will be done during a shift, but the responsibilities as a member of the restaurant team are not limited to this list.
Follow the Core Values.
Warmly greet and pitch your guests in a friendly and sincere manner.
Accurately take guests' order.
Accurately deliver guests' food by position serving in an open style whenever possible.
Have ultimate responsibility for entire section.
This includes floors, walls, light fixtures, and the actual tables.
Assist with running food.
Pre bus and communicate with fellow staff members to try and clear entire table at once in an open style whenever possible.
Ensure quality food and beverages for your guests.
Communicate and supports all staff to serve the guests.
Guide and monitor the guests dining experience.
Anticipate and exceed your guest's expectations.
Keeps Management informed of potential problems.
Works as a team and uses positive communication skills at every opportunity.
Present accurate bills and collects payments.
Clean, stock, and maintain workstation throughout shift.
