Account Executive - Competitive Accounts

Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for experienced sales professionals for our strategic accounts sales teamOur superior software solutions, our award-winning sales, service and support have made us one of the most recognized and respected companies in the automotive industryAs an Account Executive, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of Reynolds' products within competitive accountsServing as the subject matter expert for our core software solutions, you will work closely with area sales representatives to drive market share growth and show how our solutions can help car dealerships deliver superior resultsThis position requires someone with a high level of tenacity and closing ability in order to achieve set sales quotas within the assigned territoryIn this role, you are eligible to receive a company car for both business and personal useIn addition, you will be provided with a tablet, cell phone, laptop and home office equipment.Training:
Our training consists of time with experienced representatives in the field, online courses completed in your home office, and classroom instruction at Reynolds University, our award-winning internal learning institution in Dayton, OhioYou will complete five different courses at Reynolds University throughout your first yearTopics covered will include training on sales techniques, negotiations, dealership operations and in-depth product training on our Dealership Retail Management System.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5
years sales experience Automotive retail dealership experience (required) Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong customer relationship skills Ability to close sales Strong presentation skills Ability to travel, with hotels stays, up to 50% Superb time management skills Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
