Collegial group looking for a motivated physician to join a community centered practice.
100% outpatient practice with dedicated APPs, excellent administrative support and modern facilities and equipment.
Moderate 1:3 call with no hospital call.
4 -day work week and 7
weeks off year 1.
Physician retirement allows you to step into an established patient panel.
Compensation Details:
Competitive, guaranteed base salary year 1 and 2 plus wRVU production bonus up to 80K.
Ownership track after year two with moderate buy-in, significant wRVU bonus and total compensation well above MGMA median.
Comprehensive benefits with extraordinary retirement contribution, CME stipend and malpractice insurance with tail.
Signing bonus, relocation stipend plus additional incentives.
