This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as exceptional attention to detail.
Candidates must possess superior organizational skills, be able to deliver top notch customer service and have the ability to maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while under pressure.
Responsibilities do include general receptionist duties such as greeting customers and answering phones, working with legal documents, scheduling and overall office support.
