We're looking for exceptional Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, MN to play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our electrical services to our valued clients.
This position combines the responsibilities of answering inbound calls, making outbound sales calls, and requires a blend of customer service and sales skills.

What You'll Do Inbound Call Handling Answer incoming calls from clients and prospective customers in a courteous and professional manner Listen to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing accurate and helpful information Assist with scheduling appointments and addressing customer inquiries regarding our electrical services Outbound Sales Calls Make proactive outbound calls to clients to share our electrical services and schedule appointments Maintain accurate records of outbound calls and follow-up activities Customer Service Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently and professionally Follow established protocols and scripts when interacting with clients to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience Personal & Professional Growth / Professional Development Engage proactively in team meetings and discussions, sharing insights, ideas, and feedback to continuously improve our processes and service delivery Embrace the opportunity to learn and grow within the company Take full advantage of our successful apprenticeship program and internal training resources to advance your skills and knowledge What Makes YOU Great! 2
years of previous customer service or sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM software A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a commitment to team success Additional Information Office hours are 7:

30pm There may be times when we are short-staffed due to unforeseen circumstances and flexibility to cover the hours is needed.
