Customer Category Manager

Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer. Execute the strategy for the customer Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan). Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Customer-facing roles Growing revenue and market share Delivering results and problem solving Understanding multiple customers, go-to market strategies, structure and business practices Negotiating and influencing skills More about this role 4 yr degree preferred 3-5 years experience along with strong sales background with excellent understanding of business processes and systems Extensive knowledge of category and/or Mondelez portfolio specific to category Prior operational forecasting experience and analyzing consumer trends Financial skills:
Strong financial acumen - understanding of profit and revenue drivers and analysis Proficiency in forecasting demand and revenue for responsible Customer / Category(s) Analytics:
Strong analytical skills:
able to analyze customer, consumer and category data and make business building decisions based off of this analysis Ability to plan, organize and set priorities Other:
Strong negotiation/problem solving skills Superior interpersonal skills (verbal, non-verbal) Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customer and retail teams, gain trust and respect Expertise in applying Mondelez tools to execute role, including TPM & CPW Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
