Due to current market forces, the air filtration market is expected to grow exponentially over the next 5 years and the success of this sales leader will determine how fast they can grow. The company has a strong differentiation statement that separates them from their competition. They have invested in an Account Management team and Sales Enablement tools which have significantly increased a salesperson's success rate. their top performers have a high level of integrity and are passionate about customers, teamwork, continuous improvement and the air filtration market. Successful individuals in this role will possess these same drive, team-oriented mentality, and values. This position is a Sales Team Leader based out of their Minneapolis / St. Paul, MN office, and the role is helping build the sales team and take it to the next level. The company is looking for a sales coach with a track record of success who can help the team reach their maximum potential.
