8 Quick Apply 7 hours ago Full Job Description The Digital Marketing Specialist position is responsible for developing and executing digital strategies.
This role is an integral member of the small but growing marketing team that will be critical to our success - it is a great opportunity for a creative digital marketing specialist to join the team and make a big impact by helping drive growth for CVRx.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute a digital strategy to inform, engage, and motivate key physician prospects and customers Recommend, build and automate digital campaigns to targeted physician audiences.
Develop compelling digital content for physician audiences, including email, social media, digital advertising, and website.
Provide input and guidance on supporting visual assets.
Partner with the rest of the marketing organization, in particular the downstream marketing manager and clinical marketing manager, to identify digital and content marketing topics and themes to inform digital campaigns and tactics.
Design, build and maintain the social media presence on LinkedIn and Twitter, targeting physicians.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital and industry trends - finding new and creative digital marketing tactics to increase awareness and accelerate adoption of the Barostim therapy.
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
Collaborate with CVRx staff and diverse professionals, including agencies, consultants, and contractors.
Support other downstream marketing projects as requested.
Educational/ Training/ Job-Related Experience Required:
Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, integrated marketing and/or content marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.
Experience using marketing automation tools (i.
e.
, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
).
Excellent organizational skills and project management experience.
Excellent collaborative skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
Team player, ready to roll up sleeves and get things done in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience in a fast-paced early stage start-up environment.
Experience in the medical devices or healthcare field.
Working Conditions and Required Physical Effort Normal office conditions.
Ability to travel as needed (up to 10%).
May be required to be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and other diseases.
