We're looking for a team member to help the business grow! The hydroponic farm hand will support routine farm activities such as harvesting, packing, cleaning, and other farm tasks.

Responsibilities:
Harvest herbs from the hydroponic system Pack herbs for our grocery store customers Support routine operation and maintenance of the hydroponic system - activities may include seeding, transplanting, cleaning, basic system maintenance Follow Food Safety practices Additional considerations:
The work is not physically strenuous, but it is active - you'll be on your feet most of the time with moderate lifting, bending, and reaching.
No farming experience is required.
We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to learn, good attention to detail, and an ability to work efficiently with their hands.
