Casual work attire Flexible working hours On-the-job training Safe work environment To achieve customer satisfaction we need someone who understands component blue prints, is detailed and precise in order to laser mark the correct part #, symbol, Markings etc on each one.
They should also have CAD experience.
Position Description:
The Laser Mark/CAD Technician Level 1 will assist the production department in all medical device laser marking/CAD activities and be willing to learn new job skills as required by American Bright Works.
Job Duties/Requirements:
Monitor and maintain all production and associated laser marking equipment Be able to work independently and remain on task.
Must have attention to detail.
Support company goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
Complete product in a timely manner to best meet customer due dates.
Follow workplace safety procedures.
Ensure compliance of the ISO 13485 standard, specifications and customer requirements.
Assist in the development of 3D printing projects.
Run production parts as determined by the Production Manager.
Set up and run laser marker on production parts.
Be able to clean parts before and after laser marking.
Operate Optical Inspection System.
Maintain product identification and traceability.
Maintains high quality standards.
Work as a part of overall team.
Maintain clear communication with supervisor or management.
Maintain a respectful work environment and act in a professional manner.
Required Experience and Skills:
High School Diploma and/or GED Desired Experience and Education:
One year of previous production work experience Previous laser marking and/or machining experience SolidWorks/CAD software Course work on blueprints and GD&T Job Type:
