We are seeking a full-time Mold Maintainer/ Changeover Person whose responsibilities will include:
Ensure tools are set up properly and production ready.
Perform preventative maintenance on all molds.
Use various measuring tools to ensure accuracy of tight tolerance parts.
Must be highly proficient at interpreting blueprints and have knowledge of GD&T.
Quote in-house tooling work and assist engineering.
Build gages and fixtures when needed Assist production and maintenance on tasks when needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist in development of fixture designs for second operations, QC testing, etc.
Work with quality department when requesting and accepting new and revised blueprints for production purposes, updating the Sales documentation as needed.
Other duties as assigned or required.
Must have experience with:
Surface Grinding Mill Work EDM Reading part drawings Starting wage:
$50,000/ year Must be either enrolled in, or possess a two-year degree in machine tool technology or equivalent experience.
