Performs complex troubleshooting; Programs, Sets up and runs CNC machines.
Analyzes data, evaluates systems and processes and makes decisions regarding modifications.
CAD software (Virtual Gibbs for Mills and Partmaker for Swiss) and assist with blueprints and tool design.
Carry out testing methods and/or interpret drawing and specifications.
Minimum Education:
Associate's degree in technical field with 3-5 years relevant experience OR a high school graduate with 7-10 years relevant experience.
Specialized Knowledge:
Ability to read technical drawings/prints.
CNC Programming experience.
Computer operation skills.
Mechanical aptitude.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities 1.
Adheres to Integer Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
2.
Sets up and runs experiments and/or tests apparatus with direction.
3.
Designs, recommends, assembles, and installs equipment/apparatus and processes for product fabrication, research and development, or analysis and testing.
4.
Writes instructions and trains personnel in proper techniques to utilize systems, equipment, and processes.
5.
Troubleshoots.
May repair, modify, and/or maintain systems and/or equipment.
6.
Provides input in evaluation of equipment and processes.
7.
Writes technical reports and other required documentation.
8.
Interacts with and advises other departments.
9.
Performs other functions as required.

30 PM Job Summary The primary purpose of this job is to operate and monitor machines used in the production of the organization's product.
May be involved in equipment set-up, calibration and maintenance of more complex assignments and/or perform finish operations.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities 1.
Adheres to Company Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
2.
Operates machinery used in the manufacture of products under moderate supervision.
3.
Applies proficiency within discipline, completes tasks and assignments and solves routine problems with some latitude for independent judgment.
4.
May be involved in equipment set-up and/or calibration of more complex assignments.
5.
Loads component materials into product specific tools and/or performs finishing operations.
6.
Reads and follows operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures.
7.
Inspects parts visually and dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements.
8.
Follows established documentation for product manufacturing.
9.
Cleans and maintains machinery as necessary.
10.
Performs other functions as required.
Job Requirements Minimum Education:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Technical or vocational schooling preferred.
Minimum
Experience:
1 year company related work experience and/or 2 - 4 years' experience operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
Specialized Knowledge:
Working knowledge of drawings and blueprints with ability to interpret information.
Special Skills:
Ability to work with small precision parts.
Familiarity with a microscope.
Other:
Must have basic knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection techniques.
