ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Marketing Graphic Designer, we'll count on you to:
Develop compelling, professional visual design for various marketing initiatives Create a wide range marketing materials including proposals, graphics, and presentations in accordance with corporate marketing standards Interpret and distill highly technical information for easy understanding Produce files and materials in-house, and work with external print and/or production vendors Ensure quality control through approval of proofs and review of materials Perform other duties as needed #LI-LA1QualificationsRequired Qualifications Associate's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or combination of education and relevant experience Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and collaboration skills Strong data organization and entry, as well as database management skills Ability to create basic illustrations using vector-based illustration software Ability to design within established standards and visual identity Ability to handle multiple time sensitive assignments Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture Preferred Qualifications Flexible and adaptable to on-demand design bursts and iterative design processes Service and client-oriented personality Demonstrated interest in ongoing training/education to stay relevant with rapidly changing technology and trends Why HDRAt HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for it's also about what you do and how you do it.
