Responsibilities:
Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to:
Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.

Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive demand for Integer's products and services.
Plan, create, and implement marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM).
Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels and material.
Create and manage engaging content including web content, whitepapers, case studies, and videos to educate and engage our target audience(s).
Oversee the organization and coordination of tradeshows and industry events to showcase Integer's products and services and generate leads.
Collaborate with the product marketing and sales teams to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, brochures, and sell sheets to support our efforts to target new business and close deals.
Administers sales and marketing support to enable business initiatives as required.
Key support areas include sales sample management, department purchase requisitions, prospect list management, and customer-facing sales tool development.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to ensure Integer remains at the forefront of the market.
Provide project plan updates to senior leaders and cross functional team to ensure scope, deliverables, and financial objectives are on track.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve customer loyalty and enhance our brand-to-customer experience.
Assist in qualifying new business leads that originate from marketing campaigns and the Contact US internal mailbox Coordinate the logistics of Product Category town hall meetings Performs other duties as required.
Education &
Experience:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related discipline preferred.
Minimum
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing campaign management.
Experience with Marketing Communications desired.
Knowledge & Skills:
Must be able to manage projects and issues efficiently and independently.
Highly skilled in both strategic planning and tactical execution Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, plan workload effectively, and meet deadlines Must possess and have proven problem resolution skills.
Must be detail oriented, organized, and have ability to multi-task.
