Essential Functions:
Develops an account call list of specialty customers, develops a strategic plan to maximize the distribution and marketing of our brands.
Works with the Wholesale sales team to support the market and drive sales on pre-established overlay accounts.
Identifies target account types and opportunities within the framework of the organizational strategy.
Plans time and activities to ensure achievement of company and supplier established goals and sales.
Ensures that brand strategy is translated to marketplace activities that drive sales and profits.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with the key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and management resources, to meet performance objectives and customer expectations.
Provides appropriate brand and sales training to the sales force.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis including new items and categories Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Arrives to work, meetings, appointments and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.
Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
Participates in wine education programs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
