Senior Finance Analyst - Pet Manufacturing LeadOverview:
The Supply Chain Pet Manufacturing Lead will play a critical role in helping integrate Pet into the North America Manufacturing structure.
This role will have primary responsibility and ownership of Manufacturing planning and estimating for the Pet Segment.
In addition, this role will partner closely with our Pet plants and segment supply chain business partners to unlock value.

The position will report to the SC Manufacturing P&A Associate Finance Manager.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Planning and Forecasting for the Pet Segment Process integration and opportunity identification across NA Manufacturing P&A (Pet / NAR / NAF) Business partnership with Pet SC Finance team on value creation and opportunity identification Improve and harmonize tracking & reporting visibility for the Pet segment for Manufacturing Pillar Key resource regarding system integration opportunities Utilize data, analytics, and insights to enable business decisions to help solve business challenges Special Projects as needed to support MakE organization goals and objectivesMINIMUM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 3
years of Finance experience Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and influencing skills Strong learning agility and ability to understand gaps and opportunities across process and systems Genuine interest to dig in and approach challenges with a learning mindsetPREFERRED
Qualifications:
Supply Chain finance background/experience Experience working on a cross-functional team Ability to navigate complex situations with agility Understanding of Supply Chain systems and processes (SAP, AFO, GFP, CMT, HMM Easy, Bluefin)ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:
