com We are seeking Production Specialist 1 to work 1st shift Monday through Friday in our Bloomington facility.
We are paying a $2,000 new hire bonus!
Responsibilities:
Read and follow route sheets Read and understand blueprints within the route sheet Apply adhesives and sealants to parts using appropriate tools Load panels through conveyor machine Review and inspect work according to IPC standards Move work orders with the Paradigm system Participate in, implement, and create continuous improvement ideas Eventually cross train to perform skills outside of initial area Become a certified operator Maintain cleanliness of specific area Requirements:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Minimum 18 years of age PCB manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Must be comfortable working with chemicals and fumes Able to read, interpret and follow customer and IPC specifications Able to sit for long periods of time, repetitive movements with hands and occasional respirator usage Able to do fine detail work with hands Able to work overtime as needed to support business needs Very strong attention to detail Must be comfortable entering information to a computer All Flex Solutions is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type:
