We're looking for a Compliance Analyst to oversee the broker licensing and carrier appointment processes, support general Compliance team functions, and join our growing team.

You will:
oProactively manage and complete the nationwide health carrier appointment and agency/agent licensing processes.
For this function you will:
o.
Track and maintain state insurance licenses and ensuring compliance with applicable state laws and regulations.
o.
Research individual market carriers and requirements, coordinate execution of carrier contracts and requirements, track carrier appointments statuses, and maintain information regarding ongoing contractual requirements.
o.
Support various Gravie teams by serving as the subject matter expert for licensing and carrier appointments.
o.
Assist with research of individual insurance marketplaces nationwide, including the tracking of compliance and training requirements.
oPrepare and submit data for annual CMS Prescription Drug Data Collection reporting.
oManage multiple concurrent tasks and projects.
oWork with other Compliance team members on the maintenance and day-to-day operations of Gravie's compliance program and workforce training program.
In this function, you will:
o.
Assist with monitoring and tracking new and emerging regulatory requirements that may impact the business.
o.
Lead cross-functional Compliance Council meetings and ensure all business lines are well-prepared to adapt to new requirements.
oCollaborate with other teams within Gravie to advise on compliance questions and issues that arise in the course of business.
oMaintain cooperative, responsive, respective, and positive relationships with internal teams and external contacts.
You bring:
o2 years' experience in the healthcare/benefits/insurance industry oBachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience, preferably in insurance, healthcare, compliance, legal, or related field oAbility to thrive in a dynamic work environment oAbility to embrace change with optimism and a problem-solving mentality oVery strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills oExceptional verbal and written communication skills that result in clear and concise language appropriate for the intended audience oCuriosity about the healthcare industry and the role of regulation in shaping business strategy Extra credit:
oProject management skills/experience oGovernment reporting related to healthcare and/or benefits oParalegal or legal drafting experience, e.
