This full-time role handles consumer contacts via phone, email, live chat, and social media, assisting and educating consumers on various butter, cheese and pudding products and recipes.
Using customer relationships management software, relevant information is gathered and the Specialist uses procedures along with decision making skills to achieve customer satisfaction.
The role works with a variety of internal customers such as Quality Assurance, Marketing, R&D and Culinary Center to obtain information to resolve issues.
Careful analyzing of data and preparing of reports using Excel and Power BI help identify trends.
Managing product and process/procedure documentation using SharePoint and knowledge base software helps the team stay informed.
We're looking for a person with a customer service mindset and high levels of empathy, patience and professionalism.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written required.
A passion for baking and/or cooking is a bonus and familiarity with social media platforms desirable.
The ideal candidate is a team player who speaks up with ideas to make our work more efficient.
Detail oriented in accurately entering data and able to work with multiple computer applications in a fast-paced setting.
Training is paid and work schedule is hybrid with 2-3 days/week in the Arden Hills office and the remainder remote.
Education:
BA/BS in Food Science or Food related field, Communications, Business, Agriculture or equivalent experience
Experience:
2-3 years' experience in consumer relations or customer service roleLand O'Lakes, Inc.
