About the role:
Strategic organizational leader of Quality with a passion for leadership, continuous improvement, and organizational advancement.
Responsible for TWA (Thrombectomy, Wires, and Assembly) Quality business unit of complex sub-assembly and finished devices.
Partners across operations to ensure compliance to internal and external requirements, driving continuous improvement in product quality, and empowering the team in cultural, performance, agility, and compliance excellence.
Visible collaborator with Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, Design Assurance, Process Development within Maple Grove and customer sister sites enabling new products, transfers, and product line performance with predictable Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sets the organizational strategy for your team, owning and driving functional objectives related to quality systems, product quality, and new product.
Drives multiple concurrent projects of magnitude and scope to deliver improved performance and agility.
Leads people leaders and teams of employees in the achievement of organizational goals, coaching to individuals' in attaining career goals, and maintaining a high-performing team.
Fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
Provide guidance and mentoring across site functions regarding quality system compliance and technical strategies; work cross-functionally to identify and resolve technical issues.
Develop and implement quality strategies with innovative approaches to attaining quality goals.
Develop and executes department budget.
Determine appropriate staff levels; work with key partners to understand priorities and plan resource allocation accordingly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and external regulations.
Maintain and enhance cross-functional relationships to result high performing business unit delivering products Leads and collaborates timely and effective resolution to manufacturing issues ensuring root cause is understood and addressed Fosters early engagement and collaboration to prevent downstream issues in new product development and commercial product Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 7
years of related work experience.
Demonstrated expertise in regulatory requirements (FDA regulations and ISO 13485).

years of direct supervisory experience Preferred
Qualifications:
Medical Device experience Established experience in leading and solving complex problems and strategies Advanced degree in a technical field or business Multiple years leading teams and direct reports who are people leaders leading teams.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
