Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
Scoular Food Innovation is a leading company in the food distribution industry, dedicated to supplying high-quality ingredients to retails brands and food manufacturers nationwide.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be tasked with crafting engaging campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, and driving sales through effective marketing strategies.
Job Functions:
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with the Food Innovations business objectives and company brand guidelines.
Work with internal matrix team to commercialize new ingredient solutions overseeing development and execution of new product launch marketing strategies.
Develop and manage marketing budget for FI business.
Collaborate with sales, R&D and supplier development teams to understand product features and benefits, identifying market needs and opportunities.
Coordinate market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Support sales on customer meetings, projects and presentations as needed Lead our Food Innovation business's social media strategy, driving customer engagement through dynamic content and community management working in tandem with Brand Marketing & Corporate Communications to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and corporate strategies.
Ensure email marketing campaigns align with business strategy and focus.
Partner with BMCC team on email marketing strategy and execution.
Work with corporate brand marketing to analyze campaigns performance and be accountable for improving outcomes.
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and organization for all marketing materials for the business including development of compelling power point presentations supporting promotional efforts.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, reporting findings to the management team and make recommendations for improvements.
Work with external agencies, vendors, or partners when necessary to execute marketing activities.
Organize and manage trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and other promotional events.
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
RequirementsMinimum:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food distribution or related industry.
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in using marketing software and online applications (e.
g.
, CRM tools, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and professional communication tools).
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
