We are seeking a FSQA Supervisor to join our team at the Taher Plymouth location! The FSQA Supervisor will report to the FSQA Manager and work alongside the Culinary Center's management team.
Essential Functions:
The analysis of new and modified regulations, directives and notices with respect to food processing Provide clear leadership and communication on routine reporting and updates on food safety Perform internal audits, identify root causes and corrective actions, and verify completion of corrective actions Participate in customer and third party audits (FDA, SQF, AIB, Kosher, etc.
) and ensure identified corrective actions are executed Document customer complaints and respond with appropriate conclusions based on relevant data Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership Be the main point of contact for the on-site USDA inspector Facilitate day-to-day food safety and quality processes Manage Environmental Monitoring Program and Calibration Program Assist the FSQA Manager in developing, implementing, reviewing, and maintenance of all food safety related functions in the facilityWe are proud to offer competitive benefits including:

SQF Practitioner preferred HACCP/PCQI Certification preferred BS in Food Microbiology, Food Science, Environmental Health or the equivalent experience in the field Experience and solid understanding of FSMA and FSIS required Knowledge of USDA HACCP standards preferred Knowledge of sanitation, food safety and or pest management experience Knowledge of HACCP standards Knowledge of allergens In depth knowledge of sanitation and how it relates to food safety and pest management issues Computer skills, such as Databases, Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel Proven effective leadership, communication and organizational skills Knowledge and understanding of all Federal, State and Local regulatory requirements Successfully pass a criminal background check Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot and problem solve beyond the normal routine issuesEOE/AA Recommended Skills Allergens Auditing Calibration Coordinating Databases Food Safety Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
